Hi, I'm Rose.
My passion is personal transformation, wellness and helping you become the person you most want to be. Your most amazing version of you.
Let me share my story...
I remember it so vividly. It was a defining moment.
Growing up in an immigrant community in the Bronx, I struggled in many aspects of my life. As a young woman, I felt out of place, unworthy and uncertain about where my life was headed. I was told by my family and community that if I were a “good girl” I would marry a “nice man” and be happy. However, as I looked around at my family and their friends at that time, they were neither happy nor fulfilled- in fact, the opposite was true.
Having no clarity or mentor, and in true teenage fashion, I fervently rebelled against this path laid out for me. While this led to a series of bad choices, I have no regrets, as these experiences planted the seeds which helped me ultimately find my true self and intended path.
I spent many years in search of happiness and my life’s purpose, and then in the Spring of 2002, it hit me. I realized that nothing could fill my heart because the “path” I was on was not my path at all, but a hazy road defined by the limiting and fear-based vision of others. I was operating from a place of desolation-not joy; lack-not abundance; and limiting beliefs instead of limitless potential.
I then understood that for change to occur, I needed to look within-deep within. I had to redefine and rewire the way I looked at myself and approached my life. I studied many disciplines that contributed to my rewiring process. In exploring the roots of well-being, I’ve acquired knowledge of everything from ancient wellness wisdom to cutting-edge neuroscience. I became a Reiki master and an experienced practitioner of various yoga disciplines and mantra meditation. I’ve also studied Tibetan Buddhism and Chinese herbal medicine, led workshops for Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself, based on the teachings of Dr. Joe Dispenza, and received extensive training in neurofeedback, kinesiology, hypnosis, and Holographic Memory Resolution (HMR).
With each practice came knowledge. This knowledge helped me gain self-acceptance and opened me up to a new perception of myself and an understanding of the person I was meant to be. I also found my passion for helping people. I wanted to share my journey and knowledge to help others so they too can benefit from my experience. Hence, in 2013, Rewire Me was born.
Now I want to do the same for you
