My passion is personal transformation, wellness, and helping you become the most empowered version of yourself.
I grew up in an immigrant community in the Bronx, where I often felt out of place and unsure of who I was meant to be. I was told happiness would come if I followed a certain path but I couldn’t ignore the deep feeling that there had to be more. That sense of misalignment led to years of searching, soul work, and ultimately, a breakthrough in 2002: I realized the life I was living wasn’t mine, it was built on fear, scarcity, and other people’s expectations.
That realization began my rewiring. I immersed myself in practices ranging from ancient healing to modern neuroscience -Reiki, meditation, neurofeedback, mantra, yoga, Tibetan Buddhism, and more. These tools didn’t just help me heal; they revealed my purpose: helping others rewire their lives, too.
In 2013, I launched Rewire Me as a platform to share what I had learned. And now, with the founding of Rewire 153 Inc., a nonprofit organization, that vision has expanded.
Rewire Me is the voice and platform of Rewire 153 Inc. – a place where personal transformation is supported through science, spirituality, and community.
And now, I want to do the same for you.
