Words of wisdom to live by

Happy Thanksgiving! Today I encourage all of you not only to reflect on what you are grateful for, but more importantly, express it. And, remember gratitude is much more than saying, “Thank you.” It’s counting your blessings, looking on the bright side and being in the present moment. Gratitude is not taking things for granted; it is choosing to see abundance.

My wish for you this holiday is that you practice an attitude of gratitude. Show your family and friends how much you care, reflect on all the good in your life and allow gratitude to fill your soul with joy.
