Body image is something many of us struggle with, focusing on what’s wrong rather than embracing our positive attributes. As human beings, we are programmed to focus on negative thoughts, rather than positive ones. But the good news is you have the power to change your thoughts and reframe your perspective.
In this guided meditation, I will help you overcome your struggle with body image. Nobody’s perfect–we all have our insecurities. The problem is when we dwell on them. The next time you look in the mirror I want you to see how beautiful you are and appreciate every part of you. And remember, be patient with yourself.
