How to rewire your brain for a fruitful life

We’re always looking for new ways to add prosperity to our lives – whether it’s financial security, career advancement or some type of personal fulfillment. Affirmations for abundance can advance this process, with their ability to rewire your brain and use the Law of Attraction to bring better things your way.

Affirmations and the Law of Attraction

Affirmations can be negative (I’m always wrong) or positive (I’m going to succeed). They are simple statements of our beliefs. Most of us have much more negative feedback in our minds than we realize. Positive affirmations are a way to counter that negativity and teach your brain how to approach life more effectively. Repeating affirmations actually alters the way cells in your brain communicate. What you tell yourself shapes the reality you see, and the more you tell yourself something, the truer it becomes.

Research shows that affirmations can alter a person’s health for the better. Participants in a study were seeing the same information differently, based on whether or not they were providing positive self-affirmations. Those with the positive feedback demonstrated improved positive physical and mental status.

Knowing this, we can get a good idea of how abundance affirmations work. These types of affirmations are similar to what’s called The Law of Attraction. It states that we draw into our lives what we focus on because our repeated thoughts turn into reality at some point.

For example, if your goal is to make new friends, keep track of every positive interaction you have with strangers, acquaintances, friends and colleagues. Include even brief interactions, not simply lunches, coffee dates and invitations to events. Most importantly, don’t focus on any negative interactions or sense of rejection.

This is a powerful way to use The Law of Attraction for abundance. Your positive energy will be more likely to attract new people into your life. By focusing on that good feedback, you will also create a sense of abundance about the friends in your life.

Using Abundance Affirmations

Abundance affirmations use statements reaffirming your wealth, prosperity and fulfillment to draw those things into your life. The more focus you put into these affirmations – the more times you say them throughout the day – the greater the chance of their manifestation.

  1. My dreams are coming true.

You might as well harness the power of your thoughts for the better, and this is a great place to start. You don’t have to see progress for progress to be occurring. The idea is that the more you wire your brain to believe your life is heading toward your dreams, the more you will attract the path to them.

  1. I deserve prosperity.

Reprograming your brain to believe that you deserve the best in life is the focus of this affirmation. It is powerful when said out loud as a chant. The more you believe you deserve prosperity, the more you will move toward it in small and large ways throughout your day. And according to the Law of Attraction, saying this will let the world know that you are ready for prosperity.

  1. I am ready for abundance.

This affirmation is a direct message to your innermost self and the outer world. Many of us have subconscious fears about being truly successful. Saying this to yourself throughout the day, day after day, allows you to begin to believe that not only do you want abundance, you are prepared to handle it.

  1. Every experience I have moves me toward prosperity.

Many times, we encounter difficult experiences only to realize later they were essential to get us to a better place. Having faith that what we experience is moving us toward prosperity can be achieved by telling ourselves this is so. This resets our brains and our fundamental attitudes toward achieving our goals. And according to the Law of Attraction, it brings these things toward us.

  1. I have everything I need.

This positive affirmations piggy-backs on the last one. To know you have everything you need means you accept that your experiences are moving you toward prosperity. Believing you have what you need will follow the practice of repeating affirmations. What follows changed beliefs is changed actions, and what follows changed actions is a changed life.
