Lisa Garr, host of The Aware Show radio program and author of Becoming Aware, talks about the importance of visualization. She explains that when he mind goes into a twilight state, your blood pressure decreases, your heart rate decreases, and neurotransmitters start to go off in the brain which feeds the immune system and ultimately helps you feel better. Lisa believes that everything is surrounded by the meaning we give it. By having more positive visualizations, we can rewire the brain to formulate more positive thoughts.
