Tunes that will put some spring in your step

The warm weather has finally arrived! As we spend more time outdoors walking to work, gardening or running in the park, we want our music to reflect the uplifting energy surrounding us.

To give you a little inspiration, I’m sharing my spring playlist on YouTube. There’s quite a variety – so whether you like the oldies, new hits or something in between, I hope these tunes help you embrace the season a little bit more!

“Walking on Sunshine” by Katrina & The Waves

Who doesn’t love this song? Every time I hear it, I can’t help but smile. If you commute to work, I recommend listening to this song to put you in a good mood.

“Dreams” by The Cranberries

This is my ultimate feel-good song. There are certain songs that bring back incredible memories, and this is one of them. I listened to this song while riding a horse in Ireland, and it truly captured the moment.

“Hold on Loosely” by .38 Special

I recommend this song if you’re going on a road trip somewhere. It’s perfect to blast in the car with the windows down and the wind blowing through your hair.

“Good Feeling” by Flo Rida

For the love-struck readers, this song will hit home. Spring is notoriously the season of falling in love, so if you’re enjoying a new affection, you’ll appreciate this song.

“Soak Up The Sun” by Sheryl Crow

When I hear this song, I am instantly happy. It’s always on my playlist when the weather is warm.

“April Come She Will” by Simon & Garfunkel

I like listening to this song when I’m spring cleaning. It’s very laidback and puts me at ease.

“It’s a Beautiful Life” by Ace of Base

For all the 90’s techno fans, you’ll like this song. This song is always on my running playlist.

Do you like these seasonal songs, or are you going to stick with your favorites? I’d love to know what’s on your spring playlist this year!
