Thank you to everyone who joined me at my Break Through To Yourself workshop on Saturday. It was a real pleasure sharing what I’ve learned about rewiring the brain. I hope you left feeling empowered and ready to create lasting positive change in your lives.
I used to think I was controlled by my negative emotions. It took me a long time to realize the power within myself to break the habits holding me back. I created this program out of a passionate desire to share with you the wisdom and process that supported me in changing my own life.
As I presented the 10 steps to change your mind, I was thrilled to see the material was resonating with many of you. It’s not easy to make ourselves vulnerable, but it was wonderful to hear from people who expressed their fears and opened up about their past. The first step to creating change is awareness.
Later in the afternoon, Tai Chi master Jose Gonzalez led a relaxing session, explaining energy flow and healing exercises that are beneficial for the mind and body. The workshop concluded with a calming meditation to further unify the mind/body connection.
Remember, we have a choice in where we choose to focus our attention. I encourage all of you to think about what you want to change and envision the person you want to become. Don’t worry about the how; stay the course, and don’t focus on the end goal, allow the universe to present the possibilities to you—the rest will fall into place.
